Sweet Baby Vineyard is the perfect venue for your wedding or event. Our tasting room is perfect for small groups looking for a comfortable space for a family get-together, party or corporate meeting. The Barn at Sweet Baby Vineyard offers a beautiful spot for your wedding or larger event. Experience the flexibility and cost savings of designing your special day exactly how you want it. Arrange for your own vendors (caterer, photographer, wedding planner, rental company, florist, etc) so you can achieve the look you have dreamed of.

• Use of the barn for wedding ceremony and reception from Friday at 5 pm, Saturday at 5 pm, and Sunday at 5 pm (Same times apply for other private events).
• Your choice of ceremony location on the property (Barn or Gazebo).

• Trash removal (trash must be placed in designated bins)
• Tables, Linens, and Wine glasses are available for rent from SBV.
Maximum occupancy is 60.
$500.00 Cleaning/Security Deposit (refundable after the event provided policies are followed). No glitter, rice, confetti, etc. is allowed.
Licensed and insured bartender, bartending service, or caterer with a liquor license. Sweet Baby Wines are the only wines to be served on the premises. No self-serve.
$1,000,000.00 Venue Liability Insurance, including host liquor liability, required (purchased by you separately–cost is approximately $300.00).
Rental of bathroom facilities
Music/Sound: All wedding reception music (live or via Bluetooth device) must be contained within the barn at all times and must end by 9:00 pm. No DJs or Electrified live bands are allowed per town ordinances, and will be kept to 65 decibels.
End Time: All events must end by 9 pm
Renters Responsible For:
Reserving and coordinating with the vendors of your choice, including caterers, bartending services, wedding planners, photographers, florists, etc.
Hiring a licensed and insured bartender or bartending service. No self-serve bars permitted.
Rental of tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glasses, etc.
You are responsible for cleanup after your event. All decorations, flowers, and other personal items must be removed immediately after the event.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost?
The basic facility fee for the barn is $1800. There is a reduced fee for use of the tasting room for smaller events (please reach out to us for details).
What is included in my facility fee?
Your facility fee covers the barn, related parking areas, outbuilding, and grounds. Access to any other area of the property is strictly prohibited at all times. All other items, such as furnishings, decorations, food and beverage, sanitary facilities, utensils, and trash receptacles, are the responsibility of the renter.
Fees and deposits?
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of signing the contract. The balance is due 60 days prior to the event. The rental fees are non-refundable. In addition, a security deposit is due at the time of booking.
What is the maximum number of guests you can accommodate?
The maximum number of guests is 60. There is ample parking for guests, and all parking is in designated areas only.
Liability and Insurance?
The renter assumes all risks and liability. We require that the renter and all vendors provide a certificate of insurance with a reputable insurance company a month prior to an event.
What time do we need to vacate the facility?
The premises need to be vacated at the time specified in the contract. All music and loud noise will need to cease at 9:00 pm on the Event Date.
Do you have any prohibited clauses?
The property is 100% no-smoking, and we do not allow the use of stoves, grills, cooktops, candles, or other open flames (chaffing dishes with sterno is permitted). No glitter or confetti.
Can we have alcohol?
The renter and the caterer are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in regard to liquor licenses. The renter needs to provide proof of license to Sweet Baby Vineyard LLC. All wines served are Sweet Baby Wines only.
