An easy drinking wine that has a clean, distinct taste of apple that builds from its luscious, velvety start to its long-lasting finish. This semi-sweet wine captures the essence of clean, crisp, ripe apples. A joy to drink, its fresh apple acidity makes this a wine to serve with pork, chicken or any great dessert. Best served chilled. Apple-Cranberry This lively wine is the perfect combination of 100% NH grown apples and cranberries fermented together to give and excellent balance between the acid of the cranberries and the sugars of the apple. The result is a dry fruit wine that is clean and fresh on your pallet. Pair with turkey, lamb, salmon, swordfish or a variety of cheeses such as swiss, havarti and gouda. Bartlett Pear LIMITED RELEASE: only 400 bottles! This dessert-style wine is made from 100% NH grown Bartlett Pears. Highly aromatic and full of rich fruit flavor, this wine is a true treat. For a special treat, pair with a cheese plate or warm brie. Blueberry Wine Our blueberry wine is made from 100% NH mountain grown wild blueberries. The color is heavenly and so is the flavor, a medium body of intense sun-ripened blueberries with a delicate sweetness, soft tannins and balance. The best sipping wine. This wine is also a perfect compliment to a light dinner or with your favorite dessert. Try with cheesecake for a special treat. Raspberry Wine A crisp and clean dessert wine. Made from 100% New Hampshire grown red raspberries. This is our most premium dessert wine. Very limited supply. This wine is fantastic with cheesecakes, chocolate and on its own. Best served chilled. Strawberry Wine Our strawberry wine is made from fresh 100% NH grown sun-ripened strawberries that have been hand-picked, fermented and aged to perfection. White Peach Wine Our peach wine is made from 100% NH grown white peaches. The flavors of juicy, tree-ripened peaches from the orchard please the palette with each sip. RED WINES Baby’s Blush Baby’s Blush is a blend of Leon Millot and 100% New Hampshire grown white peaches. This blush wine, with hints of cranberries, is the perfect year-round sipper. This wine may also be enjoyed with cheeses, salads and simple chicken dishes. Callum's Red This Leon Millot is a semi-sweet, dark red wine with subtle hints of fresh blackberries named after our newest sweet baby. This wine is the perfect compliment to appetizers, light pasta dishes, pork or even a rich chocolate dessert. Chancellor A medium-bodied, dry red wine with hints of black cherry and vanilla. This wine would pair well with hearty stews, venison or pasta dishes. Kensington Red Our Kensington Red wine is full of rich raspberry and blackberry notes, balanced acidity and soft tannins.
